Your build-and-use reference workshop

Use beside Build and use a working school reference (opens in a new tab). This gives the full practice input and a useful output shape, without requiring every reference area first.

Complete fictional pack

S1 v2: Education maintains Teaching Schedule and Lesson Resources on the approved staff drive. Education confirms changes; Operations handles access through the internal help form.

R1 v3: Request training-room time through Operations' internal room form. Operations confirms availability. Submission alone isn't a reservation.

I1, owner-confirmed practice interview today: educators lose time finding the right material before sessions. The owner wants a short preparation checklist. No new policy or deadline is authorized.

From S1, R1 and I1 above, produce a short staff reference, direct FAQ
and preparation checklist. Show sources and missing details. Keep
owner preferences separate from policy. Do not invent links, approve
a booking or change a schedule. Keep the checklist to six usable lines.

Illustrative checklist

  1. Check the current Teaching Schedule on the approved staff drive.
  2. Find the approved material in Lesson Resources.
  3. Report a missing file to Education with its title.
  4. Route folder access to Operations' internal help form.
  5. Request any training-room time through the room form.
  6. Wait for Operations confirmation before treating the room as booked.

Sources: S1 v2 and R1 v3; I1 explains why this output helps. Open details: genuine links and source maintainer must be confirmed before real use.

Save, reuse and update

Save the checked reference in your normal document tool. In a fresh chat, provide it and ask an ordinary staff question. Inspect the source behind the answer. If using an approved private project, inspect the actual file list and readable version too.

For a fictional update, S1 v3 renames Lesson Resources to Approved Teaching Resources; all other rules are unchanged. Ask for affected wording, edit the master, replace the active AI copy and ask again in a fresh conversation. Keep old copies recoverable outside the active sources.

For your real school, interview for one job, supply only the needed approved sources, correct the readback and let a colleague use the output. Add an area when the work needs it. Use real sharing controls or keep the project private and distribute the checked document through approved storage.
