AI Course Series Terms of Service

These terms cover the CowanWorks AI Course Series at cowanworks.com/aicourse, provided and sold by FinBeauty LLC. They do not govern the separate FinBeauty learning product or the third-party AI tools discussed in these courses. Contact: support@finbeauty.app.
The service
We provide written lessons, practice prompts, worksheets, screenshots and supporting resources for adults learning to use AI. Each course can be taken independently. The courses are educational; they do not provide continuing-education credit, accreditation, a professional license, or individualized legal, financial, medical or employment advice.
During public review, available course material may be read without an account or payment. Public review does not create a purchase or a subscription, and does not promise that all material will remain free. We do not charge for browsing.
Accounts and use of materials
You must be at least 18 to create an account or purchase. Provide accurate account information and keep your password private. You may use purchased lessons and adapt the supplied templates for your own work and internal school operations. Do not share account credentials, resell the course, publicly redistribute its lessons, or present our material as your own course. You retain rights in your own work and information.
The price is for an individual learning account. An individual purchase does not provide separate accounts for an entire school. Ask us about wider use before distributing course materials outside your own internal work.
Prices, course access and external costs
Prices are in US dollars: $149 for an individual course and $400 for all three courses. The amount and any applicable taxes are shown before payment. Course purchases include their templates, are one-time payments and do not renew. No membership or recurring charge is part of the launch offer. They have no scheduled subscription expiry; online access depends on the continued operation of the course service. This is not a promise of lifetime hosting or permanent availability of every outside tool.
AI accounts, paid AI plans, internet service and other third-party products are not included. A paid tool is optional unless an individual walkthrough explicitly identifies a feature that requires it. We do not guarantee that any tool will retain a particular feature, price or interface. We may correct and update lessons as technology changes.
Refunds and billing problems
Refunds are available for access or billing problems, such as a duplicate charge or a purchased course that we cannot make accessible. Change-of-mind refunds are not offered. Contact us with your purchase email, the affected course and a description of the problem. Do not email card numbers or passwords. See the Refund Policy (opens in a new tab) for how to request help. Nothing in these terms removes any refund, cancellation or other consumer rights that apply by law.
Responsible learning
AI can make mistakes. Check important outputs against original information before relying on them. You decide whether to use, send, submit or act on a result. Do not put student, employee, patient, payment or other sensitive records into practice exercises. Examples use fictional information. We do not need access to your AI account, email or calendar for you to take the courses.
Third-party services have their own terms, privacy policies and permission settings. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI, Anthropic or xAI merely because their tools appear in lessons. We do not promise earnings, time savings, business outcomes or uninterrupted third-party availability.
Service problems and changes
Tell us if a lesson, resource or account fails. We may suspend access to address fraud, security threats or material misuse; contact us if you believe this was an error. We may update content and these terms. The date above identifies this version; changes do not retroactively remove legal rights or authorize a new charge. The price and renewal terms shown when you approve a purchase govern that purchase unless you subsequently agree to a change.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, educational material is supplied without a guarantee that it will meet every particular need. Nothing here excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
