Your school-reference map

Start here: Choose one recurring question. Find its area in the map, open that linked lesson and work through its fictional practice. Keep the other areas available for later; do not fill them to earn completion.

Start with one recurring question or interruption. Use the map to find its area; you can leave the other areas for later.

Make these instructions your own

Choose the job first. Copy a request below, or say: “Help me with [job]. I want [useful result]. Ask one question at a time, follow up on my answers and read back what you understood before drafting.” Speak naturally; typing is optional.

Replace brackets with relevant facts, dates and constraints. If you do not know a detail, say so. Read the answer against your notes or source, name a specific correction and ask for a revision. Keep the useful request with the context the next conversation will need.

Use fictional or approved nonpersonal material. Personal projects belong in separate conversations from your school's reference. You decide what is sent, purchased or adopted.

New to AI? Start with the included first lesson (opens in a new tab). It explains entering a request, providing context and checking an answer. Begin with a short introduction to yourself and the school, then a guided interview; this map can grow as you need it.

Copy this index into the master document. Record actual source titles and locations, not a vague “the handbook.”

For each area you use, keep the source title or URL, version or date, who confirms it and where the master lives. Note unresolved questions beside the role who can answer them. The suggested reviewer roles above are a starting point to assign, not a claim about your actual organization.

Start with one useful area

Choose the part of the school reference that would remove a recurring interruption, then let the AI interview you. For a personal hobby or volunteer project, use a separate short note with your role, aim, constraints and decisions. Do not copy the school’s whole ten-section structure unless it serves that project.
