• Personal plans (Free, Go, Plus, Pro): Settings → Data Controls → turn off "Improve the model for everyone" so new chats aren't used for training. Chats stay in your history. ✅ Thumbs-up or thumbs-down feedback can still be used for training. ✅
• Audio: in the same place, turning off "Include your audio recordings" (or the whole "Improve the model" toggle) stops sharing audio from dictation and voice. ✅
• Business plans: inputs, outputs, and workspace data are not used for training by default. ✅
• Custom instructions may be used to improve models unless you opt out. ✅
