# 9. Find and fix a confusing public instruction

**Start here:** Copy both fictional page excerpts into a new chat with the request below. Compare old wording and replacement, then give an authorized editor the precise change. Reopen a published page only after an approved edit.

Start with one page a prospect or guest uses. Compare it with the current approved source, draft the exact replacement and give it to the authorized editor.

```
Approved practice process: the website's Request a Tour form accepts
requests; Admissions replies with options and confirms a visit.
Fictional public page: 'Drop in any evening, your place is reserved.'
Identify the unsupported promises. Write a replacement under 45
words and an editor note showing the supporting process. Do not
invent opening hours or publish anything.
```

The replacement should point to the form and explain confirmation. After an authorized edit, open the live page on a phone and follow the link. Keep the page address, old wording and corrected wording together so the editor has a clear job.

For a broader visibility check, try a few questions a prospect would ask and record the date, tool, answer accuracy and cited source. Search results vary. An accurate public page is an improvement you can inspect; one favorable AI answer is not a ranking guarantee.
