# 8. Prepare a considerate review reply

**Start here:** Read the fictional review and confirmed contact-route facts below. Send the draft request, check that it discloses no relationship or record, and keep the actual posting in your normal approved process.

Use a fictional review for practice. Supply the school's actual voice and confirmed private-contact route before drafting a real reply through your approved process.

```
Draft a public reply to this fictional review: 'The clinic team was
kind, but I did not realize the visit could take longer because it
is a teaching clinic.' Our voice is warm, direct and respectful.
Acknowledge the feedback without confirming a person's relationship
to the school or describing their visit. No discount, excuse or
promise. Do not invent a contact route. Keep it under 60 words.
I will review and post myself.
```

Look for acknowledgment without argument: the reply can thank the writer and say the school appreciates feedback about explaining the teaching environment. It cannot establish what happened during that person's visit.

Reply: “Make it sound less like a corporate apology; keep it factual.” Read it aloud. For real use, check privacy and any next step, then post through the approved account yourself. Never offer incentives or request a particular rating.
