# 12. Draft an answer to an inquiry

**Start here:** Copy the general fictional question and source notes below. Ask for a short reply and check its conditions and next step. Keep internal sources separate and send nothing from the practice.

You can gain value without connecting an inbox. Start with the general question and relevant approved facts; leave names and contact records in the admissions system.

```
Write a fictional Admissions reply under 100 words.
Question: Do you offer evening study, and can I visit after work?
Facts: Color Foundations meets Tue/Thu 5-8 PM; start date unknown.
The website's Request a Tour form takes requests; Admissions replies
with options and confirms. Evening tour slots have not been supplied.
Use a warm, direct voice and [NAME] for the greeting. Answer first,
then give one next step. No invented availability or promises.
Put sources and missing details below the reply, not inside it.
Do not send or book anything.
```

The answer can explain the evening classes and form, but class times do not prove evening tour availability. Reply: “Shorten the program detail; make the visit next step easier to find.” Check the form yourself, resolve any missing facts and personalize in the approved system before sending.

For another inquiry, change the question, relevant facts and next step. Supply only the source material needed; no other course or finished school reference is required.
